Shipping overview
All orders include tracking for your peace of mind. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Order preparation: 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Shipping time: Estimated shipping times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free delivery may be available above a certain order value, as indicated on the Site.
Business days: Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. These days are not counted as business days and may extend estimated delivery times.
Duties, taxes and customs
No hidden costs — all duties and taxes are covered by Rior Design. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We cover all import duties, customs fees and applicable taxes on your behalf, regardless of your delivery destination. You will never be asked to pay additional charges upon delivery.
Delivery issues
Failed delivery attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (for example because no one was available to receive the parcel), the carrier will typically leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. If the parcel is returned to us following multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Incorrect address: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery refusal: If you refuse delivery of a parcel without having first notified us of a return or cancellation, and without a documented legitimate reason (such as visibly damaged outer packaging evidenced by photographs or a carrier note), any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. This does not apply where the refusal was justified by a fault on our part.
Returns
Return period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Please refer to our full Returns and Refund Policy for complete details.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except where the return is due to a fault on our part.
⚠️ Important — return address: Please do not send returns to our registered office address. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team first at info@riordesign.com and we will provide you with the correct return address. Do not send any parcel before receiving this confirmation.
Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@riordesign.com as soon as possible with a description of the issue and supporting photographs. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you.
